REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: February 13, 2026
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") establishes the rules governing transactions between AVERDIX("we", "us", or "our") and the user ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By executing a transaction via averdix.com, you irrevocably agree to these terms. This Policy operates in conjunction with our Terms of Service.
2. NATURE OF SERVICE AND WAIVER
- Digital Content: The Service provided constitutes "digital content" and "automated analytical services."
- Instant Performance: Performance of the Service begins the moment you are granted access to the dashboard or an AI-driven audit report is initiated.
- Waiver of Withdrawal Right: By acquiring the Product and starting the transmission of the Digital Content, you explicitly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from this Agreement once the performance has begun.
3. MERCHANT OF RECORD
All transactions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorized Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax remittance, and refund inquiries. All claims will be evaluated against both this Policy and Paddle's terms.
4. REFUND POLICY
- General Terms: Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis.
- Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the Product, your exclusive remedy is either replacement or a refund of the price paid, as determined by Paddle.
- Refund Refusal: Paddle may refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
- Usage: Except as required by law, refunds will not be granted for partial usage of subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle.
5. CONSUMER RIGHT TO CANCEL
- 14-Day Window: If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason.
- Deadline: The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after the completion of the Transaction.
- Exception: Your right as a Consumer to cancel does not apply to the supply of Digital Content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire, or to Products which you have already had the benefit of.
6. SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION
- Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the term. You will be charged on the day the subscription period renews.
- Cancellation: To avoid the next charge, you must cancel via your Account Settings or Paddle's portal at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Access After Cancellation: You will retain access until the end of your current prepaid term. There are no refunds for unused subscription periods.
7. DISPUTES
You agree to contact our support department to resolve any billing grievances before initiating a formal dispute or chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to immediate account termination.
