By accessing the website located at averdix.com and utilizing our AI-driven marketing audit software, you irrevocably acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must terminate your access immediately.

2. MERCHANT OF RECORD AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

AVERDIX utilizes Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") as its authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record.

  • Billing: By executing a transaction, you acknowledge that the billing process is conducted by Paddle.
  • Support: Paddle is responsible for customer service inquiries related to payments, billing disputes, and returns.
  • Data: All financial data is subject to Paddle's own Terms and Privacy Policy.
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes (VAT) are calculated and collected by Paddle based on your jurisdiction.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INTEGRITY

  • Age: Use of the Service is limited to individuals at least eighteen (18) years of age with legal capacity.
  • Security: The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of account credentials.
  • Liability: We disclaim any liability for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. SCOPE OF AI SERVICES AND DISCLAIMERS

5. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS AND DATA LICENSING

  • Intellectual Property: All software code, algorithms, and designs associated with AVERDIX are our exclusive intellectual property.
  • User Data License: You retain ownership of uploaded datasets but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process and analyze such data solely to provide the Service.

6. PROHIBITED USAGE

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract the source code.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
